Tuck foot near groin with opposite leg straight. Reach down until a stretch is felt in back of thigh. Hold 10 seconds. relax. Repeat 10 times.

Pull heel toward buttock until a stretch is felt in front of thigh. Hold 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10 times.

Place heels together and pull feet toward groin until a stretch is felt in groin and inner thigh. Hold 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10 times.

Slowly push pelvis downward while slightly leaning forward until a stretch is felt on the front of hip. Hold 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10 times.



Gently pull on elbow with opposite hand until a stretch is felt in shoulder. Hold 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10 times.


Gently pull on elbow with opposite hand until a stretch is felt in shoulder. Hold 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10 times.


Grasp involved hand and slowly bend wrist downward until a stretch is felt. Hold 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10 times.


Grasp involved hand and bend wrist slowly upward until a stretch is felt. Hold 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10 times.
